Applications will not be considered complete and will not be accepted until all the following information is received:
- Completed Application
- SSI documentation for any disabled members of the household
- Signed Authorization for Release of Information signed by all members of household (18+)
- Signed Resident Screening Verification
- Verification of Income
- Social Security Cards (copy)
- Enrollment Cards (copy)
- Turtle Mountain Tribal Court Background Check (18+)
- Updates required every (6) six months to remain on the waiting list
